Royal Enfield launched the Hunter 350 in the US
Royal Enfield's Hunter 350, one of the cheapest roadster motorcycles, made a grand entry into the Indian market last year. The motorcycle will celebrate its first birthday in August. But within a year, Hunter's popularity had overtaken his opponents. This time Royal Enfield Hunter 350 made in India entered the US.
Royal Enfield Hunter 350 has been launched in the US market
The single tone model of the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 in the US has been priced at $3,999 or around Rs 3.27 lakh (ex-showroom). Whereas the dual tone variant has been priced at $4,199 or around Rs 3.43 lakh (ex-showroom). Built on the new 'J' platform, the Hunter 350 features a 349 cc, single cylinder, air cooled motor. It produces 20.2 bhp of power at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

The Hunter 350 has appeared as one of Royal Enfield's cheapest motorcycles in the American market as well as in India. However, only the Metro variant is offered in that country. The entry level retro variant has not been introduced. The motorcycle comes with 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, dual channel ABS and a large analogue console with digital read out.
Other hardware includes telescopic front forks, twin rear shocks, disc brakes on both wheels, halogen headlamps and an LED taillight. Royal Enfield Hunter 350 weighs 181 kg. Apart from America, the motorcycle is sold in Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy, Britain, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico markets.
