And its top-range variant is priced at Rs 19.80 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available in 17 variants. Currently the second model in this segment, the car is available with a mild hybrid, a strong hybrid and a CNG powertrain option.
Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Engine and Mileage
The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara is powered by a 1.5 liter mild hybrid four cylinder K15C petrol engine mated to a five speed manual transmission and a six speed torque converter automatic unit. The car can also be optioned with a 1.5 liter three cylinder Atkinson Cycle TNGA Strong Hybrid petrol mill. The company claims that the car gives a mileage of 28 km per liter of fuel.
